How many SMS can I send?
HighLevel’s current LC Phone ramp starts at 500 SMS per 24 hours. After reaching your level’s limit, outbound sending pauses for 24 hours before the next level unlocks: 750, then 1,000, with 5,000+ daily sends at Level 8.

Do I need to be a US citizen or own a US company?
No US citizenship is required. Eligible international businesses can register without forming a US company. Send us your country, business details and use case before ordering if you’re unsure which path fits.
Can I use my existing GoHighLevel account?
Yes. We work in your existing sub-account. The $39/month account is optional and only offered after your setup purchase.
What happens after I pay?
Choose whether you need a GHL account, then continue to WhatsApp with your order reference. We collect your onboarding details, arrange account access and get the application moving.
How does the two-day promise work?
If approval isn’t obtained within two business days of complete, eligible onboarding and account access, request your $149 setup fee back on WhatsApp. Third-party charges and optional subscriptions are separate.
Do you add a markup to SMS costs?
No. We add no ColdSMS markup to SMS sending costs. Number rental, registration, recurring campaign fees and usage are billed through GoHighLevel at the applicable provider rates.
